Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Duties:
  • Scanning, emailing, and filing documents
  • Answering telephone calls and handling face-to-face enquiries
  • Supporting staff with accessing and completing online training
  • General administrative support as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with both telephone and in-person enquiries
  • Basic IT skills (email, document management, online platforms)
  • Willingness to engage in accredited training relevant to the role
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of office systems and procedures
