Projects Administrator
Our client is looking for a Projects Administrator to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in coordinating project documentation and administrative processes for ongoing client projects. This position is ideal for someone methodical, organised, and detail-oriented who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: CorkJob Type: 6 month with potential for extension
Salary: DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team with project documentation and handovers.Liaise with product suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Process project orders through the ERP system.
Manage, organise, and control documentation within SharePoint and internal systems.
Assist with general administrative duties to support project and team operations.
Required Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ administrative experience.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
Confident working on own initiative while contributing effectively to a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with SharePoint or ERP systems an advantage.
