We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help a leading social media company expand.

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent agencies OR clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand needs and deliver customised advertising solutions.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
• Craft compelling proposals using insights, trends, and case studies.
• Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term growth.
• Provide market feedback to refine acquisition strategies and service offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Who you are:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, digital advertising, or related fields.
• Fluent in German and English
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscape.
