Financial Planning Consultant – Pension-Focused
Location: Leinster-based | Full-Time | Remote
About the Role:An established financial services provider with a long-standing client base is looking for a Financial Planning Consultant with strong pension and retirement planning experience. This is a full-time, remote role with minimal office requirements and a strong focus on work-life balance.
You’ll be stepping into an existing book of warm clients, with support to further develop your own portfolio. The position offers the autonomy of running your own business, backed by a collaborative team and strong infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear, ethical financial advice in areas such as pensions, retirement, inheritance planning, life assurance, and investmentsManage and grow a book of existing clients, while developing new relationships
Deliver group and executive pension solutions tailored to client needs
Maintain compliance and client satisfaction through strong communication and financial acumen
Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with support staff (admin, consultants, leadership)
Primarily cover Kildare, Dublin, Meath – occasional national travel as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum QFA qualified (required); CFP a plus (educational support provided)Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning, with a strong pension background
Experienced in group schemes or executive pensions (advantageous)
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working autonomously
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
