The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Monitoring aged debtors in line with company processes
- Completing bank reconciliations in an accurate and timely fashion
In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:
- Experience of completing bank reconciliations accurately
- Accounts payable processing and credit control experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a business level professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to set deadlines and keep ahead of them to allow for unexpected situations which can occur
- Proficient in MS Office with high usage to date within a professional working environment
- Very strong organisational skills and time management skills
The salary range on offer for this temporary role is €30-35K per annum pro-rated depending on experience.
