About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!
Key responsibilities- Program Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Programming of email marketing by:
- Build/program emails within Marketo or Marketing Automation platform
- Activating Marketo progression steps and triggers
- Basic HTML/CSS coding
- Program Landing Pages within Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo or Marketing Automation platform
- Build Marketo contact forms and implement within Marketo landing pages or Adobe Experience Manager landing pages
- Proofs and schedules digital email marketing campaigns
- Understanding how Marketo programming and/ Marketing Automation platforms integrates into other platforms such as AEM, SFDC,
- Power BI and Google Analytics
- Works closely with UX team to ensure campaigns and landing pages are following best UX practices
- Supports Lead Management & Routing within Marketo that sync to Salesforce
- Reviews marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Performs other duties as assigned that align to annual KPIs and Kerry's growth.

- Technology Enablement
- Beginner to Intermediate level experience with Marketo - If you don't have it, we won't be able to consider you for the role, as this requirement is mandatory
- Understands customer journey through digital marketing automation
- Marketo Certification (preferred)
- HTML Coding (preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager – AEM (Kerry.com)
- Efficient use of Adobe, MS office and other key business tools such as:
- Adobe Workfront to project manage incoming requests
- Seismic basic administration
- PowerBI to analyse and report on KPIs and performance
- Legal / Regulatory
- Knowledge of relevant employment law and local regulations
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws
- Development of self and others
- Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on correct employee lifecycle process requirements to ensure a 'right first time' way of working.
- Comfortable giving feedback to individuals and small groups where necessary to ensure processes continue to be effective and efficient
- Proactively use problem solving skills to help resolve data errors and issues and ensure knowledge is shared with stakeholders and colleagues within the wider Employee lifecycle section.
- Health and Safety responsibilities
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your applicable incident reporting system
