Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
We are looking for a person with: An interest in the Arts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Very good organisational and time management skills
Computer literacy - particularly in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Research and information gathering skills
A relevant third level qualification is desirable
Duties and Responsibilities include: Engage in project work related to the work programme of Suisha Inclusive Arts
a) Administration relating to designated Arts Projects that focus on Inclusion b) Development of a newsletter and emails for Suisha Inclusive Arts
c) Answer the telephone and deal with calls.
d) Book keeping
e) Support to the team in the delivery of the project work through administration and creative input.
f) Support with Social Media where necessary
ReportingReports to Manager of Arts, Creative Arts Therapies & European Projects – Horizons.
