Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client which is a well-known Nursing Home in Roscommon is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistant for full-time position (39 hours per week).

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a care setting preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility and mealtime assistance
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Promote a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Competitive hourly rates - €14 per hour depending on experience
