To lead, support, and mentor team members in the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, sales excellence, and operational standards while driving team engagement and results. Key Requirements:

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring NPS targets are consistently achieved.
Coach and support team members in handling customer queries, returns, and service excellence.
Promote and embed CRM programmes and customer services (e.g., loyalty cards, personal shopping).
Communicate and monitor daily and weekly sales targets, driving team focus on results.
Provide feedback and insights on product lines and customer trends to senior management.
Support with the implementation of sales and promotional strategies across the department.
Lead and contribute to team briefings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with goals.
Induct, train, and mentor new and existing staff, fostering continuous development.
Recognise, coach, and motivate team members, managing both high and under-performance.
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure promotional activity is executed on time.
Oversee stockroom organisation, product flow, and floor presentation in line with company standards.
Ensure all team members uphold professional appearance, values, and company policies.

Act as a role model and ambassador, representing the company with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
