Key Responsibilities- Support elderly clients with daily living activities via virtual engagement, including personal care guidance and emotional support
- Facilitate communication between clients and their families, ensuring timely updates on their well-being
- Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals
- Help clients engage in cognitive stimulating activities through virtual platforms
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance caregiving skills
- Previous experience as an elderly care assistant or in a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong empathy, patience, and outstanding communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology for virtual care delivery and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote capacity.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in elderly care or healthcare would be an advantage.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet the needs of clients.
- EU residency is required; candidates should include details of their nationality and native language in their C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
