General maintenance technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have experience in construction, repairs, and general property maintenance, we want to hear from you! Based in Dublin, Kildare & surrounding areas!

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations on commercial, and industrial properties in Dublin.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Perform a wide range of tasks including painting, tiling, and second fix carpentry, change window handles, security and safety of properties
• etc
• Carry out basic plumbing tasks such as changing taps and fixing broken toilets
• Provide general property maintenance and repairs as needed
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard with attention to safety and detail
• Handling assigned work orders and ensure all requirements/preparations are fully undertaken before commencing work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of general construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Full English language needed as dealing with the general public
• Full clean drivers licence
