Customer Service Representative

Salary: €30,000 per annum, paid monthly

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues, managing service bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Core responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and with empathy via phone, email, or CRM platforms.
• Manage service bookings and product orders, including routing vans and coordinating with field technicians.
• Process customer accounts, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Promote and upsell appropriate services and products where relevant.
• Collaborate with other teams (Service, Sales, Finance) to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and CRM system use.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution quality, and service accuracy.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
