This role is office-based and will suit someone with strong technical and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating BIM models across design teams
- Managing clash detection and model reviews
- Supporting design coordination from pre-construction to delivery
- Liaising with consultants, site teams, and project managers
- Ensuring BIM standards and protocols are maintained
- Experience in a BIM or Design Coordination role
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflows
- Proficiency in Revit and coordination software
- Background with a contractor or consultancy preferred
- Office-based role with a growing contractor
- Involvement in high-quality building projects
