Helpdesk Administrator.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Helpdesk Administrator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management.

As a Helpdesk Administrator, you'll: Log, update, and close service requests in our Helpdesk System

Liaise with site teams to ensure tasks are assigned and resolved efficiently
Monitor and analyse open calls to ensure alignment with KPIs and SLAs

Support contract administration including payroll processing, purchase orders, invoicing, and month-end reporting

What we're looking for:

Strong customer service and office administration experience
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Advanced Excel skills; confident with Outlook and Word
Experience using CMMS software and basic accounts/bookkeeping

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
