Helpdesk Administrator.

As a Helpdesk Administrator, you'll: Log, update, and close service requests in our Helpdesk System
Liaise with site teams to ensure tasks are assigned and resolved efficientlyMonitor and analyse open calls to ensure alignment with KPIs and SLAs
Support contract administration including payroll processing, purchase orders, invoicing, and month-end reporting
What we're looking for:
Strong customer service and office administration experienceExcellent communication and organisation skills
Advanced Excel skills; confident with Outlook and Word
Experience using CMMS software and basic accounts/bookkeeping
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
