FRS Recruitment are partnering with a growing, well-established organisation to appoint a Financial Controller. This is a hands-on role suited to a recently qualified accountant who is ready to step up and take full responsibility for the finance function while contributing to business decisions.

What you will be doing: Monthly management accounts, full P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
Month-end and year-end closeFinancial reporting and analysis
Budgeting and forecasting support
Cashflow and working capital management
Strengthening financial controls and compliance
Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders
Improving systems, reporting and processes
What you will bring: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
2–3 years PQEStrong management accounts experience
Advanced Excel
ERP systems experience, Business Central a plus
Strong communication skills
