We are looking for an Administration Assistant, to provide administrative support the activities of the administration and finance team in the Drogheda Women’s and Children’s Refuge. They will provide administrative support to the Administrator, Manager, Finance & Office Manager, and C.E. Supervisor as needed.
Responsibilities:
You will provide administrative support by working on reporting and data analysis in timely and accurate manner. You will ensure that every piece of data that you process is treated according to our data privacy policy and confidentiality policy.
You will play an active role in the following day to day tasks:
Collation and processing of the weekly relief shift hours.Collation of weekly data/statistics through use of Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM.
Production of monthly reports for the Manager and BoardComplete online statistic reports for Tusla.
Donation collection, recording and certified responses.
Recording of weekly rent records
General filing and photocopying
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries .
Assisting the Manager & F&O Manager in photocopying and collation of documents for meetings
About you:
You must have some familiarity with computers, and a willingness to expand your knowledge in this space.You should have a keen eye for details and an analytical mind.
You must be willing to work on a development plan with the CE Supervisor, who will support you in the role; help you identify training; and participate actively in training
