Clinical/Educational Psychologist

Reports to: Lead Psychologist / Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist to deliver high-quality psychological assessments and interventions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' mental health and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, play therapy).
• Collaborate with speech therapists, educators, and medical professionals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Offer consultation and training to schools and parents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Engage in ongoing research and professional development.

Key Requirements:

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsych) or equivalent (PSI accredited).
• 1-2 years post-qualification experience in clinical psychology.
• Experience with children and adults with developmental and psychological issues (e.g., autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
