Manager Retail, Business development and business data analysis activities. Specialist business analysis and market analysis research. Advises and makes recommendations to company related to business development and innovation based on business and market research findings.
Advises on Business Process Improvements and implementation of retail technology solutions to enhance business performance and increase profits of company. In charge of developing and managing measurable business development project strategies.
Planning for and executing integrated business innovation campaigns and strategies. Preparing high level business development and innovation analysis reports. Responsible for providing specialist business development and innovation advice to senior management with a view to enhancing business development and innovation strategies.
Attending and participating in all relevant trade shows and industry workshops and conferences. Assesses the functions, objectives and requirements of the business identifying problems concerned with business strategy and development. Advises and makes recommendations in relation to business process improvements related to business development in the company.
Preparing detailed business reports based on business data analytics. Set, monitor and achieve sales targets with the team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs as agreed with Store Owner. Implement planograms correctly and ensure the correct range is in place in store.
To drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards in business performance and development. To achieve business development targets with the management team in order to reach maximum sales while ensuring direct costs and labour costs are controlled.
Appoints staff, assigns tasks and monitors and reviews staff performance. Liaises with other staff to provide information about merchandise, special promotions etc. to customers. Ensures that adequate reserves of merchandise are held and that stock keeping is carried out efficiently.
Ensures customer complaints and queries regarding sales and service are appropriately handled. Oversees the maintenance of financial and other records and controls security arrangements for the premises. Authorises payment for supplies received and decides on vending price, discount rates and credit terms.
Examines quality of merchandise and ensures that effective use is made of advertising and display facilities. Minimum annual remuneration €34000 per year.
