This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Irish business launching a new and innovative product range within the beverage sector. With a strong focus on sustainability and brand presence at retail level, the company sees significant opportunity for growth across the South Leinster region and is investing in expanding its field sales capability.
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Field Sales Executive to develop and grow retail-level sales across Tipperary, Waterford, Kilkenny, and Carlow. This role is focused on end-user engagement, retail execution, and merchandising, ensuring strong product visibility, availability, and relationships within convenience, independent retail, and on-trade outlets.You will manage a mix of existing accounts while actively identifying new opportunities to expand the footprint of a newly launched product brand.
Location: Tipperary (central base) covering Waterford, Kilkenny & CarlowSalary: €30,000 – €35,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with retail and end-user accounts across the region.Visit stores regularly to ensure strong merchandising, product placement, and brand visibility.
Identify new retail opportunities and onboard new stockists.
Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activations.
Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
Gather market insights, feedback, and competitor activity from the field.
Achieve agreed sales and distribution targets.
Maintain accurate customer and visit records using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, merchandising, or brand activation.Experience dealing directly with retail or end users (FMCG, beverage, or consumer products advantageous).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Full clean driving licence (company vehicle provided).
