Warehouse Team Leader – Immediate Start
Location: Rathcormac, Co. CorkSalary: €18 per hour
Perform Recruitment is urgently hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for our client's busy and well-established Retail Tyre Shop in Rathcormac, Co. Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hands-on professional with mechanical experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager with daily warehouse and retail tyre shop operations
- Step in and provide leadership when the Manager is unavailable
- Supervise staff and help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
- Assist with warehouse duties, including order picking, loading/unloading deliveries, stock handling, and customer invoice printing
- Use your mechanical knowledge to support workshop and tyre shop operations when needed
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the workplace
- Ensure excellent customer service and efficient team performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Mechanic experience is essential
- Valid B-category driving licence is required
- A forklift licence and a Manual Handling Certificate are an advantage
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and flexible hours when required
