Schedule: Monday–Sunday, shifts between 08:00–19:00

Your Responsibilities- Review and assess online content according to platform policies
- Ensure quality and consistency across moderation workflows
- Handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly
- Support escalations and complex review cases
- Apply cultural awareness in policy-based decision making
- Fluent German (C1–C2)
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or digital platform operations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a structured, policy-driven environment
- Valid EU work authorization
- €37,333 gross annual salary
- Performance-related bonus (non-contractual)
