We are currently recruiting General Operatives for a well-established company based in Dunmanway, West Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that values quality, teamwork, and career progression.
As a General Operative, you’ll be involved in a variety of production processes, contributing to the manufacturing and packaging.
Location: Dunmanway, West CorkJob Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Shifts: 6:00AM – 2:00PM / 2:30PM – 10:30PM
Salary: Competitive, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production and packing operationsOperate machinery and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
Maintain cleanliness in workstations
Complete basic quality checks
Work closely with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to various duties
Previous experience in production or factory settings is an advantage, but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
