Application Details
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
To register your interest you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor (EPA) in your local Intreo Centre.
Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
This is an administrative position in the busy Dundalk Simon Community office in Clanbrassil Street, Dundalk. The role involves a mix of clerical duties including managing databases, filing, report writing and record keeping. Phone work is very important as successful candidate may be first point of contact with members of the public / clients / social partners.You would be working as part of a committed team on our CE project. 19.5 hours per week with some flexibility required as to how these hours are worked. May be mornings (9 - 1) or afternoons (1-5). Inhouse training will be provided as well as the opportunity to work towards a funded major award / qualification while on the scheme.
