What you will do: Supervise and support Cleaning Operatives, ensuring high cleaning standards and effective team performance.
Recruit, train, induct, and manage staff, including appraisals, team briefings, and performance reviews.Monitor budgets, stock levels, and resources to deliver services efficiently and within agreed costs.
Conduct audits, ensure contract compliance, and maintain health and safety standards across all operations.
Build strong client relationships, drive continuous service improvement, and identify new business opportunities.

You are happy working solo or teaming up with othersYou are flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings
You are a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
