Internal Sales - Dublin

Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in the construction or building products industry? Our client, a market leader in the supply, installation, and servicing of premium door and access solutions, is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Salesperson to join their growing team based in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company known for delivering high-quality solutions including door hardware, steel and timber doors, glazed screens, fire-resistant glazing, automatic doors, movable walls, access control systems, and more.

The Role:

As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the scheduling team. You’ll promote the company’s service offering to architects, contractors, and specifiers, while developing new business opportunities—particularly within the high-end residential market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed agreed monthly sales and margin targets
  • Support project execution by preparing and updating ironmongery schedules and client specifications
  • Follow up on estimates to maximise quote-to-order conversion
  • Build and strengthen relationships with architects, main contractors, and specifiers
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities in untapped contractor segments
  • Collaborate with internal teams across divisions to identify and drive cross-selling opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in internal sales, ideally within construction, ironmongery, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage industry professionals at all levels
  • Experience in estimating, scheduling, or writing specifications is a plus
  • Confident in using CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to business development
