This role requires knowledge of financial processes and administrative systems, and plays a key part in maintaining the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accounts related to office facilities and supplies
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations through hands-on administrative support
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of business cards, stationery, and branded merchandise
- Arrange couriers for ad hoc dispatches
- Perform general filing, maintain online documents, and complete ad hoc printing requests
- Generate and process sales invoices and credit notes
- Track and log supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching and timely payments
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support visa applications and logistics for international staff
- Liaise with freight providers to obtain shipping quotations and arrange dispatch of goods
- Prepare documentation for transportation and shipping of goods
- Maintain communication with international offices and provide administrative support to field-based and travelling staff
Requirements: Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Experience in finance or office administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with financial systems and invoicing
Qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in logistics or invoice processing is an advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with global teams
