Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on client-centered approaches.
- Utilize HPO techniques to enhance clients' psychological resilience and overall performance.
- Develop personalized therapy plans and track progress over time.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care for clients.
- Provide training and workshops on mental health and resilience in organizational settings.
- Stay informed on the latest research in psychotherapy and HPO methodologies.
- Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients.
- Must be HPO qualified with relevant experience in psychotherapy.
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience providing psychotherapy with diverse populations.
- Strong understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Ireland, embracing the local culture.
- Understand and comply with ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
