Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our team on a temporary 6 month contract, based in Leitrim . This position requires a motivated individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, address internal and external queries, and provide excellent support to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills and experience dealing with various queries. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administration: Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Handling Queries: Respond to internal and external queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or requests.
  • Microsoft Office Expertise: Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other office-related tasks using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input and maintain accurate records in databases or internal systems, generating regular reports as needed.
  • SAP Support: Support the team in SAP-related tasks, including data management and entry, as well as assisting with order processing and inventory tracking (SAP experience preferred but not required).
  • Communication: Maintain professional communication with team members, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Other Duties: Assist in various ad-hoc tasks as required, contributing to the efficiency of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience handling both internal and external queries, with a customer service-focused attitude.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and positive attitude.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise software for data entry and reporting.
