Speech and Language Therapist, staff grade required by Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with the HSE, for a new opportunity based in Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore
The post holder will support the SLT services in the relevant clinical area and work as part of the team and MDT to provide an efficient and safe SLT service for all patients.
This post is crucial to providing a Speech & Language Therapy service during the optimal intervention period. It will also ensure comprehensive assessment and early rehabilitation has occurred before any service user transfers to other services or is discharged from CGH.
The role:
Dysphagia assessment and intervention is one of the most central roles of the Speech & Language Therapist working in the acute setting. Contribution to ongoing service developments, audit and service evaluation, caseload management, health & safety and MDT working are all significant features of this role.
The Candidate:
- A recognised qualification as a Speech and Language Therapist with CORU registration
- Permission to work in Ireland
- Professional approach to work
