We are currently hiring Portuguese speakers for an exciting full-time opportunity with a social media platform. Community Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve user issues submitted through the ticketing system (e.g., account support or abuse reports)
• Enforce the platform’s Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing policy violations
• Analyse data to identify ways to improve the user experience
• Spot trends and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
• Recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
• Manage sensitive content with discretion and resilience

Work Model: Fully On-site

Language Requirements:

• Fluent to near-native level in Portuguese , with a deep understanding of the region’s culture and social context.
• Advanced level of English

Compensation & Benefits:

• €31,063 per annum (base salary)
