Our expanding client, a leading group in their sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead crucial initiatives focused on Logistics, Supply Chain, and Commercial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and optimising processes across all areas of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading key business improvement projects, from planning and scheduling to successful delivery.
• Managing and mitigating all project risks, proactively navigating obstacles with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Driving positive business change and fostering open communication with all stakeholders.
• Developing clear roadmaps and milestones for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Potential for expanding into other exciting areas of the business over time.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of proven Project Management experience, ideally with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commercial projects.
• A 3rd level Qualification in Project Management or a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and a proactive approach to navigating dynamic environments.
• A proven track record in multitasking, risk register management, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Previous experience with WMS or TMS integration would be a bonus!
