Project Administrator

We're looking for a Project Administrator to support our team with the day-to-day coordination and organisation of ongoing projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is based outside Cork City and is a hybrid role with an immediate start.

What the role involves:

• Supporting project managers with general administration and coordination
• Updating project schedules, documents, and trackers
• Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes where needed
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Keeping project files and records up to date
• Helping to monitor progress and flag any issues or delays
• General admin support across multiple projects

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
• A proactive and reliable approach to work

Previous experience in administration, coordination, or project support is helpful but not essential. Training can be provided for the right person.
