Trainee Insurance Client Services Advisor

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients (phone and in-person)
• Managing general administration (post, scanning, document processing)
• Supporting accounts tasks (payments, receipts, credit control)
• Assisting with renewals and client documentation
• Handling inbound and outbound client queries
• Supporting overall customer service and business growth initiatives

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• High attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a busy environment
• Reliable, trustworthy and eager to learn
• Some insurance experience would be an advantage
