Production Operative New

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare

About the Role:

Flexsource is currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives for a leading global company in the agri-food sector based in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization with strong career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading trucks, grain handling, and general yard duties (up to 20kg bags)
• Operating and maintaining production and warehouse equipment
• Receiving and checking goods against documentation
• Ensuring safe storage and handling of products
• General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or production experience required
• Ability to carry out physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling)
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, dust, noise, temperature changes)

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating weekly shifts (Mon-Fri)
• Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Evenings: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay rate:

• €16.98 per hour (14.15 per hour + 20% shift allowance)
