Product Specialist – Critical Care & Medical

Location: Leinster (Field-based across ROI/NI) | Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 base + €20,000 bonus + company vehicle

I am currently supporting a leading healthcare solutions provider in Ireland who are looking to hire a Product Specialist to join their Critical Care & Medical division.

This is a field-based, commercially focused role with responsibility for driving sales, building strong clinical relationships, and increasing market share across hospitals.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance across a defined territory (ROI & NI)
• Build and manage relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education sessions
• Attend exhibitions, industry events, and clinical meetings
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
• Work closely with marketing and training teams

Requirements:

• Experience in medical sales, healthcare, or a clinical environment
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting to clinical stakeholders
• Strong organisational and territory management skills
• Full clean driver’s licence
• Based in Leinster with flexibility to travel

Package:

• €55,000 – €60,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• €20,000 bonus potential
