Job Description: Sheng Property Services Limited is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. We manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Dublin. This role involves carrying out various repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: *- Perform general repairs to doors, locks, windows, and furniture.
- Carry out basic plumbing and electrical maintenance tasks.
- Complete carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Conduct minor tiling and flooring repairs as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a similar trade role.
- Proficiency with standard hand and power tools.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication.
