Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Working as part of a team in a fast paced environment, this position involves helping the main kitchen worker in preparing meals and ensuring the kitchen remains up to suitable hygiene standards fit for food preparation.
Responsibilities:To work alongside the main kitchen worker in ensuring that kitchen and any necessary cleaning duties are completed; To assist the preparation of snacks and meals daily; To store away food deliveries, ensure food is correctly labelled and correct rotation of date codes and maintaining 'first in first out' principle; To ensure appropriate paperwork is kept up to date and complete in the kitchen; To assist the completion of the weekly shopping list to ensure there is adequate food supplies for the following week; To comply with policies & procedures of the center; To comply with food hygiene and health & safety standards; Participate in HACCP food handling training whilst on CE.
