Early Years Education Manager
(40 hours per week)

Our visionary Manager will ensure that the service is operating smoothly, is responsive to the needs of the parents, children and staff and will be an important role model to the children in their care.
Your role will be to work with the CEO to lead a team of staff and ensure the effective and efficient direction of the human, financial and material resources of our Early Years Service.
The ideal candidate will have: A love of working with children and a kind, fun and nurturing disposition.
Hold a minimum of QQI Level 6 or higher in Early Years Education (or equivalent).Be an inspiring leader, passionate about delivering a vibrant and responsive early years education service.
Knowledge of Aistear, Siolta and the HIVE.
Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
Finance, fee management and budgeting experience.
