Trust & Safety Analyst

Working Schedule: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform policy compliance checks on publisher site samples to monitor harmful content, identify emerging abuse trends, and apply appropriate abuse mitigation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product) to address high-profile publisher issues, ensuring clear and precise communication while minimising any negative impact on business relationships.
• Leverage SQL to extract and analyse complex datasets, uncovering valuable insights.
• Revamp existing dashboards or create new ones to monitor real-time data trends effectively.
• Share actionable insights from data analysis to empower team members and support informed decision-making.

Top 3 Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL or Python scripting.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage projects from start to finish, and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive business partner relationships with patience and professionalism.

Top 3 Soft Skills:

• Experience with Python coding and scripting.
• 2+ years of work experience in a trust and safety role.
• Comfortable making tough decisions, balancing competing interests, negotiating with stakeholders, and using creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
