Polish-Speaking Account Executive – Martech SaaS
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative Martech SaaS company, is looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join their expanding sales team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact, high-growth environment where you’ll manage the full sales cycle and drive value for some of the most exciting ecommerce and retail brands.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll own every stage of the sales cycle — from qualification and product demo to negotiation and close — with a high level of autonomy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple opportunities, working with senior decision-makers, and consistently exceeding targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Sales: Manage the complete sales process from first contact to closing new business.
- Pipeline Strategy: Build and maintain a strong pipeline, with a long-term strategy for sustainable growth.
- Client Engagement: Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail brands.
- Team Collaboration: Support colleagues, share learnings, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Mentorship & Development: Contribute to onboarding and supporting new team members as you grow.
- Languages: Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written). German would be an advantage
- Experience: 2+ years carrying a net-new revenue quota in a B2B SaaS or Martech environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with C-level and marketing personas.
- Sales Execution: Skilled at managing high-volume pipelines, accurately forecasting, and consistently closing deals.
- Growth Mindset: Resilient, motivated, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Team-Oriented: Thoughtful, proactive, and a strong communicator.
- Work Authorisation: Full right to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit required).
- Base Salary: €65,000 + uncapped commission
