Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care to people who use substances in keeping with Sankalpa's mission and core aims and objectives
To lead and over see the direction and developments of the Connect programme, working with team leads and management
Have a solid understanding of the role of the CE Supervisor/Project worker
Assist Participants in a care & case management model. e.g. assessment, keywork , care plan/review exit plan/aftercare etc
Assisting participants to progress towards their goals including education and employment
Record KPI and outcome data using HRB Link, Outcome star, Tops and ILP

Engage in self care supports such as supervision group & one-one, EAP programme

Essential

The Applicant should have a solid understanding of the role of the Community Employment Supervisor as it pertains to project worker, problematic substance use and programme delivery to participants in substance use recovery;

Minimum of 1 years Payed work in addiction settings

Demonstrate an understanding of the range of programmes and courses available to unemployed and vulnerable adults; Be familiar with the DSP Referral procedures for CE participants for the effective implementation of the CE Programme in line with the CE Procedures Manual.

Have an overview of the National Drug Strategy - Reducing the Harm, supporting Recovery 2017 – 2025, and the role of CE in supporting participants in addiction recovery.

Group facilitation and WORKSHOP DEVELOPMENT ( Minimum 2 years Experience)

Excellent payroll bookkeeping use of sage or other software

Excellent local knowledge of Finglas & Cabra

Education & Training

Major Award at 3rd Level (QQI Level 6 or higher) in Business or Addiction studies , social care ect, this role is suitable for those with lived-experienced and are in long term recovery

Salary: Please review CE supervisor Rates 4 points , Start point 1 unless transfer from another CE supervisor post
