What You’ll Be Doing (full training provided):

• Get up to speed with existing lab methods and SOPs.
• Help set up and run semi-automated bioreactor systems.
• Prepare yeast seed trains from lab scale → 100L bioreactor → 2,500L fermenter.
• Support production fermenters with calibration, cleaning & maintenance.
• Carry out testing, analysis, and record high-quality data.
• Manage lab stock and equipment.
• Share results and support team members as the facility grows.

• BSc in Science (or related field).
• 6–12 months’ lab experience (co-op/internships count!).
• A detail-focused, problem-solving mindset.
• Great communicator, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with shift work.

• Salary up to €35K DOE
