Content Quality Reviewer

We are looking for a Content Quality Reviewer to join a professional onsite team based in Dublin city centre. This is a fully office-based, permanent role with no remote or hybrid option.

• 40 hours per week
• Fully flexible schedule
• Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for quality review activities across multiple workflows, ensuring decisions align with detailed policies and training guidelines. The position involves reviewing content that may be sensitive or disturbing in nature.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing moderated content (e.g. violence, hate speech, self-harm, fraud, phishing, child exploitation, nudity, sexual content)
• ID verification reviews
• Escalation and support for high-risk cases
• Assessing culturally sensitive content with strong contextual awareness

• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• High awareness of cultural and regional context
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive content
• Ability to follow strict policies and guidelines

• 4 weeks of onsite training in Dublin
• No time off or holiday requests allowed during the first 8 weeks (training + onboarding)

• Annual salary: €37,333 gross
