We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Chef de Partie for for India Gate Takeaway 1 Colberts Fort Belgard Road, Tallaght Dublin 24.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Kitchen, and also of specialty Indian dishes. You must be proficient in the use of clay ovens and have excellent knowledge of making a variety of naan breads.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi-talented and highly skilled Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities

To assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment:

Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
