Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Accounts Assistant to join our clients finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience who is available for a short-term assignment and keen to support a busy department during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processesBank reconciliations and processing payments
Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks
About You:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance assistant roleProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
