A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist in BTCDP (Ballyphehane Togher Community Development Project). Working in a very vibrant and busy reception area the successful candidate will be involved in the following:-
Greeting visitors and staff members in a positive and friendly manner.Assisting individuals with queries.
Maintaining company security by updating and maintenance of visitor logs.
Ensuring meeting rooms are booked.
Answering the phone promptly, directing calls when required and responding to emails.
Scheduling appointments.
Helping colleagues to complete administration tasks.
Typing
Assisting with the sanitising/cleaning and keeping Health & Safety protocols up to standard
