Weekend Production Associates – 11-Month Contract
- Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork
Our client, a leading medical device company, is currently recruiting Weekend Production Associates to join their team on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
This is a weekend-focused position involving 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with a rotation between day and night shifts each weekend.
Please note: successful candidates must be available to complete an initial Monday to Friday training programme.
Key Responsibilities- Perform manufacturing operations in line with SOPs, data sheets, MPs, and QPSs
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Operate effectively within a cellular manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain a high level of housekeeping
- Produce products to required quality and output targets
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety (HSE)
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets
- Secondary school education, trade qualification, or equivalent
- Strong numerical ability
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- High attention to detail with a strong quality focus
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
- Previous manufacturing experience in a quality-controlled environment
- Experience in the medical devices industry is a distinct advantage
