Location: Dublin - Field-Based | Some travel to UK

We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with medical device experience to support infusion and medication dispensing systems across Ireland and the U.K. This hands-on, customer-focused role involves technical support, installation, maintenance, and training at healthcare sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide on-site & remote support for medical devices, including installation, corrective and planned maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and own issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Medical Device Regulations.
• Manage daily planning, tools, and car stock inventory efficiently.

• Proven Field Service Engineer experience in medical devices.
• Level 5 Certification in Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong IT skills
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and professional skills.
• Full, clean driving license.
