Limerick - Temporary Event Sales Assistant – Photo Stand

Dates: 1st–3rd August 2025 (3 Days Total)

Working Hours: Approx. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Temporary Event Sales Assistant to support our on-site photo stand during a busy 3-day event in Limerick. You’ll be engaging with attendees, helping them browse, select, and purchase printed event photos.

This is an ideal short-term role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident with basic tech, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

• Proactively engage with attendees to promote our photography services
• Clearly explain photo options, pricing, and assist with selections
• Use a laptop to help clients browse photos
• Take photo print orders accurately and process them efficiently
• Operate a photo printer and ensure timely delivery of prints
• Keep the photo stand clean, welcoming, and well-organised

• Outgoing and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (comfortable navigating folders and showing images)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Previous customer-facing or event work experience is an advantage
• Must be willing to undergo Garda vetting in advance of the event

• All necessary equipment (laptop, printer, materials)
• On-the-day training and support
