Our client are a specialist social care provider delivering Residential, Day and Outreach Services for children and adults with Disabilities and Autism, supporting individuals to realise their potential and live meaningful, inclusive lives.

We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join on a permanent basis across Residential Services
  • The Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will:

  • Provide person-centred support in residential, day or community settings
  • Promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
  • Act as Key Worker
  • Assist individuals to achieve personal goals and develop life skills
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to a safe, positive and empowering environment
  • Applicant Requirements
  • QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Registration with CORU
  • Full manual driver’s licence (essential)
  • A genuine interest in working with people with disabilities or autism
  • Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and a person-centred approach to care
